Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback and any materials required to complete the project, and to ensure they hold the necessary rights to content provided to us.

4. Payments & Refunds

Payment terms are agreed per project. Unless otherwise stated in your agreement, payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of deliverables created specifically for your project transfers to you. Pre-existing frameworks, tools and libraries used in the project remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sphere Digital IT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
